   The University of Botswana invites tenders from those companies with established reputation in the field to undertake the following:-

1. THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT ORI, MAUN CAMPUS, UNIVERSITY OF BOTSWANA BLOCKS(DOMESTIC SERVICES),TENDER UBT 2018/2019 – 31

2. TENDER FOR RENEWAL OF EMC MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF BOTSWANA, TENDER  UBT 2018/2019-32

3. PROVISION OF STAFF CAR AND HOUSING INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES, TENDER UBT 2018/2019-33

4. MAINTENANCE OF UNIVERSITY OF BOTSWANA SWIMMING POOLS, TENDER UBT 2018/2019-34

5. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PERFORMANCE STAGE AT UB INDOOR SPORTS CENTRE, TENDER UBT 2018/2019-35

Full details will be provided in the Tender Documents which must be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director, Business Services, Block 129, (Inside Maintenance Yard) Office No. 2 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Tuesday 05th March 2019.

The University of Botswana reserves the right to award the tender in the manner that best suits the interests of the Institution.

The University of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest tender or to assign any reasons for acceptance or rejection of any tender.

Tender document may be obtained against payment of a non-refundable documentation fee of P224.00 each (VAT inclusive), payable at Cashiers Office, Administration Block.

Sealed Tender clearly marked with the tender title and number of the respective tender must be addressed and hand delivered to:  The Secretary, Tender Committee, University of Botswana, GABORONE, BOTSWANA, at Block 129 (in the Maintenance Yard).
