The University of Botswana Pension Fund invites tenders from those companies with established reputation in the field to undertake the following:-
Full details will be provided in the Tender Documents which must be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director, Business Services, Block 129, (Inside University Maintenance Yard) Office No. 2, University of Botswana Main Campus between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Tuesday 26th February 2019.
The Fund Management reserves the right to award the tender in the manner that best suits the interests of the Institution.
The Fund Management is not bound to accept the lowest tender or to assign any reasons for acceptance or rejection of any tender.
Tender document may be obtained against payment of a non-refundable documentation fee of P1000.00 (VAT inclusive), payable at Cashiers Office, Administration Block.
Sealed Tender clearly marked with the tender title and number of the respective tender must be addressed to: The Principal Officer, University of Botswana Defined Contribution Pension Fund, University of Botswana, Private Bag 0022, Gaborone
And hand delivered to The Office of the Deputy Director
