TEMPORARY FULL-TIME COMPUTER DEMONSTRATOR (one position) (one academic year contract)

Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to assist in: (i) managing the departmental computer laboratory; ii) providing technical assistance during the teaching of Computer Applications courses; iii) upgrading of computer software and hardware; iv) providing support during the teaching and conducting of tutorials; v) helping staff and students in the use of State of the Art computer tools in teaching/learning processes; vi) performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements: Candidates should have at least: (i) Bachelor of Science (Computer Science/Business Information Technology) degree with at least a 2.1 pass/GPA of at least 3.6 or equivalent. Teaching and Technical experience at University level as well as experience with the use of ASAS and data analysis instruments will be added advantages.
