Student ID

New students are issued a student identification card upon admission and/or registration. Photographs for the ID card are taken when you arrive. The ID card is your University identification. It is required for use of and access to many campus services, facilities and activities to verify enrolment status. The purchase fee is P20.

Lost ID Card Replacement

Lost student ID cards should be reported immediately to the IT Department, Monday through Friday, 7.45 a.m to 4.30 p.m. On evenings and weekends, lost cards can be reported to Security Office, phone number [267] 355 2396. The cost for a replacment ID card is P20.
