The University of Botswana invites Proposal from those companies with established reputation in the field to undertake the following:-

  1. THE CONSTRUTION OF ROOFING STANDS AT UNIVERSITY OF BOTSWANA STADIUM UBT 2010/2011 – 23

Full details will be provided in the Tender Documents which must be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director, Business Services, Procurement and Supplies Block 129, Office No. 2 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Thursday 15th July 2010.

“A compulsory sit visit is scheduled for Thursday 29th July 2010 at 09:00 a.m. Failure to attend the site visit will result in disqualification”

The University of Botswana reserves the right to award the whole tender to one bidder or split the tender amongst various bidders.

The University of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or to assign any reasons for acceptance or rejection of any tender.

Tender documents may be obtained against payment of a non-refundable documentation fee of P224.00 (VAT inclusive), payable at Cashiers Office, Administration Block 108.

Sealed envelopes clearly marked “The Construction of Roofing Stands at University of Botswana Stadium  for 2010/2011 – 23” must be addressed and hand delivered to:  The Secretary, Tender Committee, University of Botswana, Private Bag 0022, GABORONE, BOTSWANA, at Block 129 in the Maintenance Yard. Bid submission deadline is 12th August 2010 at 1200 hrs.
