Services

Membership and Registration

Staff, students and external borrowers are entitled to become members of the Library. Readers' pockets are available on registration, subject to Library Regulations.

Staff

Heads of Departments must introduce new staff to the Public Services Librarian for registration with the Library.

Students

All bona fide students must produce University identity Cards when registering with the Library.

External Borrowers

Members of the public may join by supplying a guarantee from their employer, and pay P20.00 (Twenty Pula) deposit plus P5.00 annual subscription. (Membership fees are under review).

Affiliated Institutions

Members of Affiliated Institutions shall produce official guarantee from the head of the Institution against any losses accrued by members. Admission to the library and the use of its facilities is a privilege and not a right.
