Multidisciplinary Classrooms, Offices and Labs Building

Projected completion: March 2010

Size:  approximately 28,000 sqm

This building is under construction in the area behind the Library. The office wing will be 4 levels.  In addition to offices it will contain two 100-seat lecture theatres, two 80 seat lecture theatres, several meeting rooms, a staff lounge, and a graduate student lounge.

The academic wing (3 levels), will have 500 student computer terminals for academic work, Math & Science Education labs, Home Economics Education labs, Special Education labs, e-learning labs, Computer Science Department labs, and Humanities labs for Library & information Studies.  There also will be student lounges, classrooms, and the IT support centre.
