Size: approximately 10,000 sq m

The ground floor will have a food court with space for venders and eating.   It also will house the bookstore, the convenience store, the souvenir shop, the post office, disability support services, and the registration services provided by Academic Services.

The first floor will house student clubs, the Students Representative Council (SRC) and Graduate Students Association (GSA), a copy centre, telephone shops, committee rooms, and offices for Academic Services, International students, and Student Welfare. 

The upper floor will house the Careers & Counselling Centre, Health & Wellness, and the offices of the DVCSA.
