The Major Event Organizing Committee shall have the mandate to organize community projects. They will be the body that plans, organizes and implements any initiatives that the Community Projects Team comes up with.
These projects will be large scale or long term projects such as; A Sponsored Walk, Clothes Donation, or any other significant events on the Community Project Team’s calendar.
This team shall act as the organizing committee for any and all the Business Clinics student run projects. For example a seminar meant to increase awareness of the Business Clinic.
This team shall also execute any new initiatives set up by the Business Clinic i.e. If the Business Clinic is having a Workshop in Molepolole then it is up to the Task Team to sort out all the logistics such as transport, accommodation, sponsorship and anything else that such a project will require.
The Task Team however, is a standing committee with a short term focus. That is, it shall have a defined membership lead by Prela but its mandate will continually change.
