This is skill training and workshops through modules designed to offer the essential business skills for any entrepreneur from the different functional areas such as :

- Basic Accounting and Book-Keeping

- Entrepreneurship and new Business formation
- Strategic Management
This is a series that hopes to open peoples's eye to entrepreneurship through a lecture series from the experts in Botswana. We intend on having the institutions that help entrepreneurs and also having experienced and successful entrepreneurs come and inspire and motivate.
Our biggest challenge is mindset and to tackle that we seek to expose young aspiring entrepreneurs to already successful entrepreneurs who can deliver lessons learnt and inspire the next generation of great leaders and entrepreneurs.
Objectives
- To discuss business and entrepreneurship on a personal level. Talking abput "my" business, "my" opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths.
- To work together and hold each other's hands .And see each other succeed and better ourselves and our businesses.
- To gain from guest lectures, entrepreneurs and experts on the different business fields.
How it all works:
The initial group is only open to Business Clinic members for now but with time as we grow we will incorporate non members.
This gorup will then discuss the ir individual goals of either:
- Registering companies
- Business plans
- Seeking sponsorship
- Consulting
- Any other business function they need skills on.
This is building for the future though talks and skill training aimed at younger school going entrepreneurs. This division for part of the Business clinics social responsibility by inspiring and mobilizing the youth who are the future of the country and the world.
